Start Your Child’s Badminton Journey with VPBA

VP Badminton Academy is an established junior coaching academy supporting approximately 250 children each week across our academy and school programmes. Led by experienced, qualified coaches, we help players develop strong technique, confidence, fitness and a genuine enjoyment of badminton.

Our Winnersh session is part of the VPBA Foundation programme. It is designed for beginners and developing players who want to learn the game properly in a friendly, structured and encouraging environment.

Players will learn the essential foundations of badminton, including:

• Correct racket skills and technique

• Movement and coordination

• Serving, rallying and match play

• Fitness, confidence and teamwork

• Positive training habits and sporting values

Foundation is the first stage of VPBA’s clear player pathway. As players improve, they may be invited to progress through our Progression, Performance and Elite programmes, providing opportunities to develop towards club, school, county and national-level badminton.

Membership costs £45 per month, with sessions running during school term time only.
